The Turck QS18VP6FF100Q8 Opto Sensor is a highly advanced motion detector designed for reliable object detection in various applications. With its compact design in the QS18 housing, this sensor offers excellent optical performance and serves as a direct replacement for traditional cylindrical or rectangular sensors. It not only detects the presence of a solid background but also recognizes the color and shape of objects, even when they vary. The sensor is available in different versions, including polarized and non-polarized, and offers a variety of detection modes. With an operating temperature range of -20 to +70 °C and an IP67 protection rating, it is suitable for use in demanding environments. Easy installation is facilitated by the included mounting brackets and pre-wired connection cable. Additionally, a sensitivity potentiometer allows for precise adjustment of the sensor settings.
