Laser safety glasses effectively protect against accidental eye injuries from the H2D laser module. For lasers with wavelengths from 200 to 450 nm (the H2D laser emits a blue 450-nm laser), the protection level is OD5+. This means that the laser power transmitted through the lenses is reduced to one hundred-thousandth of the original power. For lasers with wavelengths from 900 to 1100 nm (primarily infrared light), the protection level is OD6+. This means that the laser power transmitted through the lenses is reduced to one millionth of the original power. As a result, glare is significantly reduced after filtering.
