The BAER tap G 1/2 is a high-quality cutting tap of form D, specifically designed for the precise cutting of G (BSP) pipe threads. Its application range extends to well-machinable materials, unalloyed and low-alloy steels up to 900 N/mm². This machine tap is suitable for both through and blind hole machining and can be operated flexibly in both manual and machine applications thanks to its compact design. Ideal for sanitary and hydraulic screw connections, the tap meets the ISO 2281 standard.
