MPPT Charging Technology

With MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking), the full power of your solar panels is optimally utilized. It is ideal for maximizing the performance of your solar panels and charging your batteries at 12V/24V.

The MPPT solar charge controller can deliver up to 30A charging current for 12V and 24V batteries. The maximum PV voltage is 100V, and the charge controller can handle a maximum of 550W at 12V and 1100W at 24V.

The charge controller can be used for lead, AGM, gel, and lithium batteries. If needed, you can also create a battery charging profile according to your preferences.

Function of the Solar Charge Controller

The solar charge controller regulates the voltage of the solar modules to an optimal level for the batteries. The nominal voltage of 12V or 24V is automatically detected by the charge controller. By applying MPPT technology, the charge controller can achieve up to 30% more energy yield from the solar module into the battery compared to conventional charge controllers (PWM). With the three-stage charging characteristic and selectable charging voltages, the charge controller can be configured to precisely set the charging parameters according to the specific battery requirements.

The system is fully protected against overvoltage, overtemperature, and reverse polarity. An automatic current limit allows the use of the full current without the user having to worry about potential overload. When expanding the solar system, up to 3 controllers can be connected in parallel, thus processing three times the charging current.
