Battery cable for high-current applications – flexible – 70 mm – red. Flexible, fine-stranded DC cable for high-current applications such as battery, inverter or charger wiring. The smaller diameters are ideal for solar charge controllers and charge boosters. Its flexibility is similar to that of the SGF cable, although the insulation material differs. Insulation: Insulation material: rubber and plastic, 105 °C. Rated voltage: 450/750 V. Insulation outer diameter: 17.5 ± 0.1 mm. Average diameter: 3.3 mm. Minimum thickness: ≥2.8 mm. Flame retardancy standard: FT-1. UV resistance: Yes. Operating temperature range: -40 °C to +105 °C. Colour: red. Appearance: No impurities, no scratches, smooth, round. Environmental testing: ROHS (no Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr+6, PBBs, PBDEs). Dielectric strength test on the finished product: soak in water at room temperature for 1 hour, apply a voltage of 1.5 kV for 5 minutes; no breakdown. Spark test: 6 kV.
