Atomstack A5 M40 laser engraver

The laser power of the Atomstack A5 M40 ranges from 5 to 5.5 W. With the ultra-fine compression laser, the focus area of the ultra-fine laser is reduced to 0.16 mm x 0.19 mm. The high-density laser can easily cut through 6 mm thick wood and black acrylic; it can directly engrave smooth stainless steel and ceramics.

A protective shield covering the laser perfectly protects the eyes of everyone around the machine, filtering 97% of UV radiation and saving you the cost of glasses as well as the inconvenience of wearing them. The new button design allows you to adjust the distance without the need for tools. It is more convenient and faster.

There is no need to adjust the focus before engraving. The focal spot area of the new laser is only one-third of the focal spot area of other conventional lasers. The new laser combines precision engraving with simultaneous high-energy cutting. The laser power of the fixed-focus laser is more stable than that of the zoom laser.

The all-metal construction makes the machine more durable. The stepper motor and lead screw are integrated, improving engraving accuracy. The entire structure is designed for quick assembly, and assembly can typically be completed within 10 to 20 minutes.

The laser engraving machine can be compatible with various mature engraving software such as LaserGRBL and LightBurn, supporting Windows XP/7/8/10 as well as the MAC system. The engraving file formats supported include NC, BMP, JPG, PNG, DXF, etc. The newly added power switch cable allows for easier powering on and off of the device without having to unplug the power cord.
