Product details

The glycol-based ATE brake fluid DOT 5.1 ensures optimal functionality in both hot and cold operating conditions. It has a 5°C higher wet boiling point and a longer change interval than ATE SL.6, while maintaining a comparably low viscosity. This makes DOT 5.1 ideal for use in vehicles with modern driver assistance systems such as ESP, ABS, and ASR.

Features and benefits:

  • Fast reaction time: Optimal for ESP, ABS, and ASR, with low viscosity even at low temperatures (down to -40 °C)
  • Boiling points and viscosity exceed legal and technical requirements
  • Ideal for all applications, offering the best functionality in both hot and cold conditions
  • Protection against corrosion due to high-quality additives
  • Meets all OEM requirements
  • Manufactured on a glycol basis
  • Boiling point: 265°C
  • Wet boiling point: 180°C
  • Viscosity: 750 mm²/sec
  • Change interval up to 3 years, depending on use.
