Product details
The ATE brake fluid SL.6 DOT4 is a high-performance hydraulic fluid specifically designed for the brake and clutch systems of motor vehicles. With a boiling point of at least 265 °C and a wet boiling point of at least 175 °C, it offers excellent thermal stability. This brake fluid is particularly suitable for vehicles with electronically controlled hydraulic components, such as ESP, ABS, and ASR, as it has a low viscosity at extreme temperatures. At –40 °C, the viscosity is a maximum of 700 mm²/s, which meets the requirements of the ISO specification 4925 for brake fluids with low low-temperature viscosity. The ATE SL.6 DOT4 exceeds the requirements of the brake fluid standards FMVSS No. 116 - DOT 4, SAE J1704, and ISO 4925, Class 6, ensuring reliable braking performance under various conditions.
- Excellent thermal stability with a boiling point of 265 °C
- Low viscosity at extreme temperatures
- Ideal for electronic brake and clutch systems
- Exceeds common brake fluid standards.
