Product details

The ATE FB 5e is a particularly easy-to-operate, robust brake bleeding device. It fulfils all the requirements for filling, flushing and bleeding modern electronic brake systems. Two pressure levels are available: 1.0 and 2.0 bar. This corresponds to the specifications of leading car manufacturers and avoids incorrect settings of the working pressure. The working pressures are set using a toggle switch. Due to the preset pressure, it is not necessary to use a pressure gauge to check the pressure. Today's low-viscosity brake fluids place high demands on the safe function of a brake filling and bleeding device, which was a particular focus during the development of the ATE FB 5e. A special pump generates a pulsating fluid flow that supports the complete flushing and bleeding of the brake system. The ATE FB 5e employees directly from the ATE 5 litre can, which is securely fixed in the device with a tensioning strap. There is no need for time-consuming decanting of the brake fluid. The suction lance is held securely in the container with a screw connection. When the brake fluid container is empty, the float rests on the delivery opening and closes it. This ensures that no air can be pumped into the brake system. The holders for the filling hose and power cable on the side of the ATE FB 5e are practical, as are the holders for three bleeder nozzles on the rear panel of the device. The large handle makes it easy to carry the appliance. All materials used on the ATE FB 5e are resistant to brake fluid. The ATE FB 5e is supplied with a bleeder nozzle no.: 20 (European nozzle). Advantages: - Particularly robust - Easy to operate - Two pressure levels, avoids incorrect settings - Suitable for low-viscosity brake fluids - Pulsating brake fluid flow Scope of delivery: - Complete device - Operating instructions - Bleeder nozzle no.: 20.
