Cylinder head leak testing device, including contrast medium. The testing set allows for the measurement of CO² levels to detect leaks between the combustion chamber and the cooling system of vehicles with gasoline, diesel, and gas engines at an early stage. The blue-colored test fluid mixes with the vapors from the cooling system. If exhaust gases mix with the coolant and the color of the fluid changes, leaks are present. Even the smallest leaks, as well as those that only occur under high combustion pressure and load, can be quickly diagnosed without disassembling parts. Ideal for routine checks and customer service work, as well as for testing engines in the used car trade. The conical plug fits all common radiator cap and expansion tank connections.
