This testing set allows for the measurement of CO² levels for the early detection of leaks between the combustion chamber and the cooling system in vehicles with gasoline, diesel, and gas engines. The blue-tinted test fluid mixes with the vapors from the cooling system. If exhaust gases mix with the coolant and the color of the fluid changes, leaks are present. Even the smallest leaks, as well as those that occur only under high combustion pressure and load, can be quickly diagnosed without disassembling parts. Ideal for routine checks and customer service work, as well as for testing engines in the used car trade. The conical plug fits all common radiator cap fittings and expansion tanks.
