The security lock with push button control 709X in full plate version is primarily used where the advantage of a push button controlled unlocking must be combined with the mechanical security requirements of lock models 309X and 409X. The integrated monitoring contacts allow for the querying of essential lock states. The bolt is retracted by the coupled outside push button, releasing the locking of the latch bolt. When closing the door, the control latch works in conjunction with the latch bolt to exclude the pre-tensioned bolt and lock the latch bolt, thus serving as an additional locking mechanism.

The adjustment of the panic side and the selection between standby and working current can be made at the lock if necessary.
