asecos Chemical cabinet

Chemical cabinet with doors featuring viewing windows and a hazardous material box, painted in golden yellow RAL 1004. It includes a fire-resistant hazardous material box type 30. The cabinet is designed for the storage of water hazardous liquids and toxic substances in workrooms, in accordance with regulations. It has a bottom collecting tray that is tightly welded and made of 3 mm sheet steel, with approval. Optimal ventilation is provided through ventilation grids near the floor, and it is prepared for connection to a technical ventilation system.

Constructed from fine steel sheet with a robust textured powder coating, the body is anthracite gray RAL 7016, and the doors are available in three colors. An adjustment device is included to compensate for uneven floors. There are two door options: closed made of sheet steel or with impact-resistant acrylic glass viewing windows.

The interior features adjustable galvanized shelves in 25 mm increments, with a load capacity of 100 kg (with distributed load). The galvanized floor collection tray is tested according to StawaR/ÜHP and has a collecting volume of 33 liters. It is also suitable for the storage of small quantities of flammable liquids, such as spray cans and paints, in accordance with regulations, within the hazardous material box.

The hazardous material box complies with TRGS 510 (Annex 3), is permanently integrated, and has a fire resistance of 30 minutes, type-tested (Type 30 according to DIN EN 14470-1). It includes two self-closing hinged doors, a 5-liter floor collection tray, and an exhaust air connection (NW 75) in the cabinet ceiling. The interior dimensions are height x width x depth: 414 x 942 x 419 mm. The door version features impact-resistant acrylic glass viewing windows. A galvanized perforated plate cover is available as an accessory.
