Chemical cabinet with a hazardous material box, door color light grey RAL 7035. It features a fire-resistant hazardous goods box type 30 with closed doors. Designed for the storage of liquids hazardous to water and toxic substances in workrooms in accordance with regulations. The base sump tray is tightly welded, made of 3 mm sheet steel, and has approval. It offers optimum ventilation due to a ventilation grille near the floor and is prepared for connection to a technical ventilation system.

Constructed from fine sheet steel with a robust textured powder coating, the body is anthracite grey RAL 7016, with doors available in three colors. It includes an adjustment device to compensate for uneven floors. There are two door versions: closed made of sheet steel or with impact-resistant acrylic glass inspection windows.

Interior fittings include adjustable zinc-plated shelves in 25 mm increments, with a load capacity of 100 kg (with distributed load). The galvanized floor sump tray is tested in accordance with StawaR/ÜHP, with a collecting capacity of 33 liters. Additionally, it allows for the storage of small quantities of flammable liquids, such as spray cans and paints, in the hazardous goods box in accordance with regulations.

The hazardous goods box complies with TRGS 510 (Annex 3), is permanently integrated, and has a fire resistance of 30 minutes, type-tested (Type 30 in accordance with DIN EN 14470-1). It features two self-closing hinged doors, a 5-liter floor collection tray, and an exhaust air connection (NW 75) in the cabinet ceiling. Internal dimensions are height x width x depth 414 x 942 x 419 mm. The door version is closed, made of sheet steel. A galvanized perforated plate cover is available as an accessory.
