Chemical cabinet with a hazardous material box, door color golden yellow RAL 1004. It features a fire-resistant hazardous material box type 30. Designed for the storage of water hazardous liquids and toxic substances in workrooms according to regulations. The bottom collecting tray is tightly welded, made of 3 mm sheet steel, and has approval. It offers optimum ventilation through ventilation grids near the floor and is prepared for connection to a technical ventilation system.

Constructed from fine steel sheet with a robust textured powder coating, the body is anthracite gray RAL 7016, with doors available in three colors. It includes an adjustment device to compensate for uneven floors. There are two door versions: closed made of sheet steel or with impact-resistant acrylic glass viewing windows.

Interior equipment includes adjustable galvanized shelves in 25 mm increments, with a load capacity of 100 kg (with distributed load). The galvanized floor collection tray is tested according to StawaR/ÜHP, with a collecting volume of 33 liters. Additionally, it allows for the storage of small quantities of flammable liquids such as spray cans and lacquers in accordance with regulations, within the hazardous material box.

The hazardous material box complies with TRGS 510 (Annex 3), is permanently integrated, and has a fire resistance of 30 minutes, type-tested (Type 30 according to DIN EN 14470-1). It features two self-closing hinged doors, a 5-liter floor collection tray, and an exhaust air connection (NW 75) in the cabinet ceiling. The interior dimensions are height x width x depth 414 x 942 x 419 mm. The door design is closed made of sheet steel, with a galvanized perforated plate cover available as an accessory.
