Product details

HSS-G metal drill bit white 19.5x205 - 53195. Drill made of HSS 4241 with a hardness of 62° HRc (+/- 2°). Point angle 118°. Straight cut without chamfer correction, suitable for manual sharpening. Diameter tolerance 8h. Right-hand twist drill with N-flute, hot rolled on forging rolls, high flexibility and torsional strength, ground cutting edges. Cylindrical shank with reduced shank diameter of 13 mm. The surface of the drill is coated with an oxide layer that ensures a low coefficient of friction, reduces the risk of chip adhesion, and increases productivity. For general use, suitable for machining carbon structural steel, low-alloy steel, and cast steel up to Rm.
