For targeted cooling of metal and plastic parts on machine tools. Designed for cooling with cold air in areas where lubricants or cooling fluids are not desired. It generates both cold and hot air. The accessory includes the flexible ARIANA-Cool-Line system (1/2″) as well as a magnetic plate, ball valve, threaded nozzle for quick coupling, and a silencer. Application: The cold air nozzle is connected to compressed air or operated with compressed air. Based on the vortex tube principle, two counterflow air streams rotate within the cold air nozzle. Cold air exits from the blue component, while hot air exits from the red component. Adjustment of volume flow and cold air proportion is done via an adjustment screw.
