The magnetic stirrer allows for heating and mixing liquids simultaneously. The closed heating plate with flame protection enables quick heating. The maximum surface temperature of the heating plate is 380 °C, while both the temperature and stirring speed are infinitely adjustable. The cast housing protects against the ingress of liquids. The magnetic stirrer requires a voltage of 100-120 V, has a power of 180 watts, product dimensions of 210 × 125 × 90 mm, and weighs 1.8 kilograms. The delivery includes the main unit, a power cable, a magnetic stirring rod, a user manual, a temperature frame, and a safety wire. If a higher stirring speed than the default setting is desired, a trim resistor is located on the underside of the device, which can be easily adjusted with a screwdriver. The stirring speed ranges from 100 to 2000 revolutions per minute. A maximum of 2 liters of liquid can be stirred.
