The AMTAST water activity meter is a smart testing device designed for the quick and accurate measurement of water activity in foods such as dried fruits, grains, and vegetables. With a precision of 0.02 aw and the ability to deliver results within five minutes, this device provides a reliable solution for monitoring microbial shelf life and food quality. The integrated sensors allow for simplified operation, where the sample is simply placed in the sample box and positioned on the tester to obtain stable data.
