It reduces impact damage to shelf supports and warehouse vehicles, making it a cost-effective solution compared to other products. The Rack-Mammut® is space-saving due to its minimal side profile and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Features: The unique feature of the Rack-Mammut® lies in its honeycomb structure. This provides extremely high impact absorption with a frontal impact force of up to 2.4 tons. The energy generated is dissipated, protecting the shelf support from impact damage. Elastic, resilient, and shape-stable, the impact protection returns to its original shape. The Rack-Mammut® is suitable for deep freezing and temperature resistant from -30 °C to +90 °C.

Installation: The simple installation allows for quick attachment to the respective support without the need for any mounting tools. The Rack-Mammut® is ideal for shelf support widths of 90 - 110 mm.

TÜV Nord Certificate: To ensure the safety and durability of the Rack-Mammut®, the product is tested and certified annually by an independent testing institute through standard tests according to DIN EN 155635 and DIN EN 15512.

Effect: Upon impact from a forklift fork, the energy generated is dissipated. The structure of the individual honeycomb chambers ensures that the impact force is evenly distributed across the entire surface of the shelf support protection.
