The magnetic door thresholds from Alumat are an innovative solution for effectively sealing interior doors made of wood, plastic, metal, and glass. This door drop seal consists of an anodized aluminum base profile that is not only visually appealing but also offers high functionality. The permanently rising magnetic threshold ensures optimal sealing performance that meets the requirements of DIN 18095, making it smoke-tight as well. Additionally, the seal provides excellent sound insulation according to DIN 52210, reducing noise by up to 45 dB. The design allows for compensation of unevenness in the floor area, making installation and use easier. The door thresholds are easy to install, as no grooves are required, and they offer adjustment options for different door heights through tabs with predetermined breaking points.
