Product details

With a cross-cut A-C short, right-hand twist, this precision-ground twist drill features a cylindrical shank and is of industrial quality. It is designed for drilling alloyed and unalloyed steels, gray cast iron, ductile iron, copper alloys, nickel silver, graphite, and sintered iron. The drill has wide flutes and a reinforced core, allowing for a drilling depth that nearly matches the length of the twist drill and facilitating good chip removal. The point angle is 118°, and the surface is blue-coated starting from 1.0 mm. All dimensions start at 4.0 mm with a special grinding "AC." This industrial-quality drill is suitable for NC machines and is characterized by a modern grinding process, while being break-resistant thanks to CNC-controlled heat treatment.
