With a cross-cut A-C short, right-hand spiral, this precision-ground spiral drill features a cylindrical shank and is designed for industrial drilling of alloyed and unalloyed steels, gray cast iron, cast iron, copper alloys, nickel silver, graphite, and sintered iron. The wide flutes and reinforced core allow for a drilling depth that nearly matches the length of the spiral, ensuring effective chip removal. It has a point angle of 118° and a blue-black surface starting from 1.0 mm, with all dimensions available from 4.0 mm and featuring a special grinding "AC." This industrial-quality drill is suitable for NC machines and offers precision through a modern grinding process as well as break resistance through CNC-controlled heat treatment.
