The Airpress Compressor HL 310-50 Pro is an oil-lubricated portable compressor designed for reliable performance in demanding applications. It features a 2.0 HP (1.5 kW) motor with two cylinders, operating at 990 RPM, delivering a maximum pressure of 10 bar with an effective capacity of 158 liters per minute. The compressor includes two universal quick couplings: one for maximum pressure directly connected to the tank and one for reduced pressure, adjustable via a red button on the pressure regulator. Pressure values are displayed on two manometers – one for tank pressure and one for working pressure. Key durability features include a belt-driven system that reduces pump speed and noise levels, a large crankcase for improved oil cooling and lubrication, and cooling fins on the flywheel that lower the compressed air temperature to minimize wear. Weighing 55 kg, it is built for longevity and includes maintenance recommendations such as regular oil level checks, annual oil changes, belt tension checks, condensate drainage to prevent corrosion, and air filter cleaning or replacement. Before the first operation, the oil level should be checked through the sight glass and topped up with the supplied compressor oil if necessary, ensuring that the maximum mark is not exceeded.
