Optimal air quality for all applications
Compressed air filters are used for the highly efficient removal of solid particles, water, oil, aerosols, hydrocarbons, odors, and vapors from compressed air systems.
To achieve the required quality of compressed air, filters that progressively remove all types of solid and liquid contaminants must be installed in the compressed air line.
Your benefits from higher quality compressed air:
- Safe filtration of both liquids such as water and aerosols as well as particles, dust, and gases
- Improved working and production conditions
- Optimal protection for connected tools and machines
- Enhanced product quality by reducing scrap
- Protection of the compressed air system from contamination
- Increased productivity through reduced maintenance
- For separating oil vapors, odor, and taste substances through adsorption and in a second stage, solid particles
- Residual oil vapor content up to 0.005 mg/m³ at 20°C and 1 bar
- Operating temperature 1.5 to 45 °C
- Compressed air quality according to ISO 8573-1
- For the highest quality compressed air, e.g., in breathing air, analytical technology, or beverage bottling
- Purest compressed air in conjunction with a pre-installed fine filter
- With filter element and manual drain
