Product details
An AEG car battery charger is an indispensable device for vehicle owners to ensure constant vehicle readiness. The robust AEG workshop charger CW10 is a powerful, fully automatic microprocessor charger with auto-start function, which is suitable for all common 6 and 12 volt batteries. It has a maximum charging current of 12 V/10 A and a reduced charging current of 5 A or 2 A for gentle charging of small battery capacities. The trickle charge function (2A) is ideal for seasonal vehicles such as classic cars, convertibles or motorbikes. The fully automatic microprocessor-controlled charger does not require manual termination of the charging process. Thanks to the MCU (Micro Computer Unit), the charger has a fully automatic charging, diagnosis, rescue and maintenance function for comprehensive battery care. The AEG workshop battery charger is switchable and includes insulated battery terminals, a robust metal housing with integrated carrying handle and a charge status indicator. The LED display shows the charging mode, reverse polarity and battery defect. The AEG CW10 workshop charger can be used in a temperature range from - 5 C° to + 40 C°. It is protected by safety features such as overcharging and short-circuit protection as well as overheating and reverse polarity protection. The AEG CW10 workshop charger is suitable for the following battery types: WET, lead-acid, GEL, EFB, AGM, Li-ion.
