Car Radio Adapter Cable ISO Adapter. With this adapter cable, an aftermarket car radio can be connected in place of the factory-installed car radio. The connection cable has the necessary socket(s) on the vehicle side, into which the vehicle plugs are inserted. The output-side ISO plugs fit directly into the new car radio. For vehicles with multifunction steering wheels or steering wheel remote controls, please use a steering wheel remote control interface, as otherwise the steering wheel buttons will not function.
