Car Radio Adapter Cable ISO Adapter. With this adapter cable, an aftermarket car radio can be connected in place of the factory-installed car radio. The connection cable has the necessary socket(s) on the vehicle side into which the vehicle connectors are plugged. The output ISO connectors fit directly into the new car radio. For vehicles with a multifunction steering wheel or steering wheel remote control, please use a steering wheel remote control interface, as otherwise the steering wheel buttons will not function.
