Car Radio Adapter Cable ISO Adapter. This adapter cable allows an aftermarket car radio to be connected in place of the factory-installed car radio. The connection cable has the necessary socket(s) for the vehicle side. Here, the vehicle connectors are plugged in. The output ISO connectors fit directly into the new car radio. For vehicles with multifunction steering wheels or steering wheel remote controls, please use a steering wheel remote control interface, as the steering wheel buttons will otherwise not function.
