Car Radio Adapter Cable ISO Adapter. This adapter cable allows an aftermarket car radio to be connected in place of the factory-installed car radio. The connection cable has the necessary socket(s) for the vehicle side. Here, the vehicle side plugs are inserted. The output ISO plugs are ready to be connected to the new car radio. For vehicles with multifunction steering wheels or steering wheel remote controls, please use a steering wheel remote control interface, as otherwise the steering wheel buttons will not function.
