Product details
The wire infrared light barrier from Abus secures a range of up to 20 meters. The intelligent sabotage protection of the transmitter and receiver ensures maximum operational safety. In combination with the Abus Terxon wire alarm system, the light barrier can be used to monitor corridors, doors or parking spaces. Monitoring of doors or driveways: Use the LS1020 infrared photoelectric switches, for example, in combination with an alarm system to monitor your front door or driveway. It is also easy to control video surveillance systems or lighting. False alarms by passers-by are impossible: In contrast to passive infrared motion detectors, infrared photoelectric sensors only monitor a precisely defined line. Movements within the area in front of and next to this line, however, are not detected. This means that temporary persons are not detected as long as they do not cross the invisible line.
