This window handle offers double protection: against children's hands and burglars. It features an individually adjustable, secured square pin with a length of 32 to 44 mm. The square pin has a diameter of 7 mm, and the screw distance is 43 mm. With a torque and pull-out resistance of 200 Nm and a low-wear four-point ball locking mechanism, it provides high security. Included are two keys, and it is also suitable as a child safety device. Abus is synonymous with security. In 1924, August Bremicker and his sons achieved a masterpiece in Volmarstein near Wetter an der Ruhr: the introduction of a groundbreaking padlock, the "Iron Rock." The family began developing and producing locks in the forge in the basement of their home.
