The 3M 4540+ coverall is made from a premium two-component nonwoven and features a breathable triangular SMMMS back insert for comfort. This soft and lightweight suit provides an excellent barrier against hazardous particles and limited liquid splashes. The 3M 4540+ suit acts as a strong barrier against particles and, to a limited extent, liquid splashes.

This pure white 3M 4540+ coverall with triangular blue back insert fulfils the requirements of a number of standards for chemical protective clothing, including EN 1073-2 (nuclear particle protection), EN 1149 (antistatic), EN ISO 13688 (type 6 liquid splash), EN 13034 and type 5 (dust, EN ISO 13982-1).

It is made from a high-quality two-component non-woven fabric that offers high tensile strength and is coated with a particularly low-linting microporous laminate to provide a strong barrier against hazardous splashes. It is lightweight and soft and provides an excellent and comfortable fit over extended periods of time. The SMMMS back insert provides enhanced breathability that reduces heat stress in hot environments. Knitted cuffs provide welcome comfort. Elasticated waist and ankle area for improved fit and freedom of movement. The three-piece bonnet design is compatible with additional PPE (personal protective equipment).

The 2-way zip with detachable flap provides additional protection and reduces the risk of skin exposure. This coverall also has an antistatic coating in accordance with EN 1149, which reduces static discharge and minimises the risk of sparks.
