The safety relay is a simple accessory that prevents doors from being opened with a 12V battery. This technology allows intruders to open low-voltage locks if they gain access to the wires connecting the intercom or reader to the lock. Install the relay between the intercom or reader and the lock it controls. Then, pair the safety relay with the 2N device. After setup, the lock will only open when the relay recognizes the specific signal sent by the intercom or reader.

The additional sabotage switch activates an alarm when it detects an intrusion into the frame of the intercom. Prepare more advanced scenarios in the automation area. For example, the intercom could be set to play a pre-recorded message, contact a security agency, or photograph the vandal.
