In the Tesla, the centrepiece of the vehicle (the battery) is located in the vehicle floor. This means that it is more easily exposed to the risk of damage when being lifted. With the 2befair jack pads, we offer the perfect protection for the Tesla battery. Thanks to the revised fit, our 2befair jack pads fit perfectly into the small holes in the underbody. This distributes the load over the 4 jack pads, which can easily support up to 3 tonnes of weight. S The surface is provided with a rubber pad that offers optimum protection for the side skirts and the battery. The 2befair jack pads are manufactured especially for us in Germany. In this way, we not only reduce CO2 emissions during production, but also during transport and ensure fair production. The diameter is 6.4 cm, the height 3.8 cm. The lower height means they fit better on standard car jacks. Attention: When using a jack, it should have a flat support disc holder of at least Ø65mm! Notes on compatibility: The Model Y Standard Range (rear-wheel drive + small battery) from German production are supplied with a BYD or CATL battery, for which different jack pads are required. You can find the chassis number in the lower section of the windscreen or in the vehicle registration document. If you have a Model Y from Germany, your VIN starts with "XP7". If you also have a standard range model (rear-wheel drive + small battery) and the BYD battery is installed, the seventh digit of the VIN is an "E". Example: Standard Range model with VIN: XP7YGCEJ3PB000000 = Made in Germany with BYD battery This rule only applies to Standard Range vehicles with rear-wheel drive and a small battery from Germany! Long Range models (rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive) and Performance models always have LG/Panasonic batteries. The "E" can be ignored here and "No BYD battery" must always be ordered.
