Is the 1.2 DP sufficient for the 2560*1440 with 1ms and 170HZ (G-Sync+HDR)?

No, there would have to be a DisplayPort 1.4 connection. DisplayPort 1.2 could deliver 240 Hz up to 1080p resolution and a maximum of 144 Hz at 2560 x 1440 pixels.
