Planner told me by phone that Monitor would possibly deliver on Monday, 6 days after the "delivery tomorrow" order. I don't know exactly what the problem is between Digitec and Planner, but the birthday present didn't arrive on time.
Agree with you.... Working with Planzer was a complete waste of time! Only problems and then when you call Digitec, you are assured that they are aware of the problem that they are aware of the problem and are trying to change the situation... Yes, of course!!! You would just have to go back to the post office, but then some sales would still be at risk...
