Question about Supernova M99 Pro E-45
why doesn't the product description say anywhere that the headlight is not suitable for e-bikes with bosch motors? even supernova's own homepage doesn't say that anywhere. now i've bought the supernova m99 pro e-45, received it today and first read the instructions. and what does it say about the installation first? that the headlight is not suitable for bosch systems and that if i should somehow mount it together with it, the bosch warranty will immediately expire.
This headlight cannot be connected to the light output of the motor because it does not allow enough power. In addition, the daytime running light would then only light up when the light on the e-bike is switched on. Therefore, the headlight is connected directly to the battery output. This does not affect the motor and, in my opinion, the warranty is not affected.
