What is the difference between Giro Bexley and Giro Bexley MIPS? Does the helmet also have the 'ear protection' for winter? Best thanks

The difference is the inner workings. The MIPS system offers a movable inner shell that absorbs the torsional forces on the head (cervical vertebrae) in the event of a lateral impact.
The earmuffs are included and very easy to put on and take off!
