Question about FollowMe Axle extension

Is it only me who has this problem that the screws of the axle extension keep loosening? Or do the screws partially "spin"?

Yes, I know the problem. You have to be very careful. It happened to us once that the axle was too far in on one side and too little on the other. The wheel came loose when we were driving at full speed. Fortunately without serious consequences. I solved the problem with Loktite (threadlocker).

I do not have this problem. I tightened the screws with feeling and used a medium strength screw glue.
