I would like to know if this article is made for a bike with 26 or 28" wheels?

I bought it for a 28" gravel bike. Fits perfectly. But it is also suitable for 26" bikes!
With me with 27.5 inch 142 thru axle - flawless
Fits me even with 29" wheels with 2.6" tyres
