Question about Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 4
Hello, my Mi Fit 4 Band has not been synchronising the steps for several days. For example, if I have 8000 steps on the band, there are only 400 when synchronised. Similarly, there are days when the sleep recording is missing. Very annoying...can anyone help me? Thanks in advance. Greetings, CRV

I have never had synchronisation problems with these steps. It may help if the app is restarted or the Bluetooth connection is 'paired' again. I know about sleep synchronisation problems. The problem here is that after short breaks in wakefulness, especially in the morning, only the sleep until waking up is registered or not at all.
