Question about Hoka Bondi 9

I would say no, I wear size 38 shoes but I had to take size 39 and 1/3
otherwise they were tight ( exactly like what happens to me with asics )

I normally wear:
-salomon 39 1/3
-adidas 38 2/3
-Hoka 39 1/3 OK
so they fit tight
