Good day. I have a giant skull with a circumference of 60.5cm. Can I still use the Hövding Airbag 3?

No, unfortunately, I have a 61 skull, and I asked Hovding about it, and they told me that I shouldn't go over the stated size. So I returned it.
And does Galaxus take over the warranty or replacement for this product if the airbag opens, because the company behind Hövding is said to be bankrupt.
