Do I need any other parts to fix the basket to the luggage carrier? And if so, which ones?

If the bike already has a Racktime rack, you don't need anything extra.

And without a Racktime rack, I would recommend 6 - 10 cable ties. However, this would make the quick removal thing obsolete (by the way, this is also the case if you have fitted the lock but don't have the key with you...).
