Yes, you can always mount it. The corresponding holder was included in my delivery. With the large version (110 cm), however, it is not possible to use any existing threads for water bottle holders in the frame.
A few cable tie-like fasteners are included, which make a very stable impression, but could cause problems e.g. with hydroformed tubes with larger and/or not round/oval diameters.
As Helmutheck wrote, it is also a question of space.
Nothing against online trading, but if you have any doubts, maybe you should try it out at your local bike dealer and buy it there if necessary.

Depends on frame geometry and size. For me, the large version fits well on the down tube.
