Can anyone recommend a device. I like to do long road bike rides with the Kommod app what devices are out there that I could attach to my road bike and then connect to my mobile to use the app so I don't have to attach my mobile. Would appreciate any recommendations.

I recommend the garmin Edge 830, which can be easily connected to komoot. It has good GPS reception, an accurate barometric altimeter and a long battery life.

I have had good experiences with the Edge Explore. I connect it with Garmin connect on my mobile. I create tours with Komoot. I open these with Garmin connect. This allows me to send the tour to Edge Explore and I am guided well through the tour.
