Apart from the bike rack in this article, what else is in it? Everything you see on the video? Or do you have to buy other things separately?

It’s all there, you just need the right trailer hitch.
It is only the carrier. The loading ramp and carrier bag can be bought as accessories.
I find the loading ramp very practical because any weight of bicycle can be easily loaded onto the carrier.
