For comprehensive wind protection, we rely on GORE-TEX INFINIUM™, a fleece-lined material that is also more breathable than any other windproof fabric. Additionally, a layer of Polartec® Power Stretch® Pro™ is used. Due to the generally relatively thick construction, a thinner layer is used in the forefoot area to avoid interference with the crank arm. For maximum warmth, this model is designed to be very high and also features solid splash protection. For the highest comfort, we recommend our Venti Soft Sock.
