1. ION Arcon HD Pro RE ZRO Rumpfprotektor
Developed, built, and tested with Nico Vink, the Arcon HD Pro chest protector is Nico Vink's first pro model with ION and is based on 20 years of experience in racing and big-mountain freeride mountain biking. The complete protector, including both the back and chest protector, is certified to CE Level 2 with ION x REZRO-specific components. The REZRO Power Slide Caps are strategically placed on the front and back, providing additional impact and sliding properties. The 3D fit allows for freedom of movement and can be comfortably worn under or over a jersey. A unique 360° AC cooling effect is generated by the open REZRO shape and the large ventilation openings in the REZRO Power Slide Caps. The Arcon HD Pro chest protector comfortably wraps around the upper body thanks to SyncBody straps for a personalized fit. All REZRO components are sustainable, and the REZRO chest and back protectors are fully biodegradable.

The ARCON LT knee guard is the first off its kind. A 100% biodegradable L-2 protection pad in a sleeve construction. The ACRON L2 pad is developed by ReZRO and covers a 15% larger surface compared to standard CE certified pads, including medial and lateral protection of the tibia head. At the same time, it’s everything you want for any kind of biking: lightweight, well ventilated, and super flexible. For the fit, there are now extended silicone grippers on the top and bottom to keep the sleeve construction perfectly in place throughout any ride.
