This allows for lower tire pressures, which reduce rolling resistance and provide better grip in corners, all without compromising puncture protection. The rim height of 58 mm is a classic that has led athletes to victory in all disciplines and conditions – across every triathlon distance, during breakaways, group sprints, and mountain finishes. Zipp's ABLC™ Sawtooth™ technology employs a sophisticated pattern of golf ball-like dimples to enhance aerodynamic efficiency. The structured ShowStopper™ brake tracks deliver unmatched braking performance in both dry and wet conditions. Complementing the rims, the new, durable, versatile ZR1 hubs, developed in Germany, spin at the center of the 404 Firecrest Tubeless for rim brakes.
